Return and Exchange Policy

At BeBling, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear worn, damaged, or missing components.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made bags, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at blinggirls@beblingbag.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Shipping Label: Upon approval, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item being sent to you.
  3. Packaging: Repack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label. Make sure to send it back in a secure package to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of use or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

  • Product Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or select an alternative product.
  • Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. It may take 5-7 business days for the exchange to be completed and shipped back to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your BeBling bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for all orders within the United States. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
